Being in the “Present Moment” liberates you from dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, and thus reduces stress and helps you reconnect to your true essence—where your joy resides. In this episode, we take this idea one step further and consider what it would be like to achieve a state of “Presence in Action”—that is, staying connected to the present moment no matter what activities you might be currently involved in. It takes practice, but you can do it, and the more you do it, the greater your sense of relaxed and joyful presence in everything.
